摘要
目的观察头脊电针结合作业疗法治疗中风上肢肌张力增高的疗效。方法90例中风上肢肌张力增高患者随机分成治疗组(头脊电针结合作业疗法组)30例,电针对照组30例(头脊电针组),作业对照组30例(作业疗法组)。观察两组治疗前后的上肢肌张力改善情况及Ashworth分级的变化。结果治疗组总的有效率93.33%;作业对照组总有效率70.00%,电针对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组总有效率分别与两组对照组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在Ashworth分级比较结果显示,治疗组治疗前后总有效率差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,而两组对照的总有效率差异无统计学意义。结论头脊电针结合作业疗法能降低上肢肌张力,其总有效率优于电针对照组和作业对照组。
Objective To observe the curative effect of cephalo-spinal electroacupuncture combined with occupational therapy in the treatment of upper limb muscle tension of stroke.Methods 90 stroke patients with elevated upper limb muscle tension were randomly divided into treatment group (head and spine electroacupuncture combined with occupational therapy group) 30 cases,electroacupuncture control group (head and spine electroacupuncture group) 30 cases,operation control group (occupational therapy group) 30 cases.The improvement of the upper limb muscle tension and the changes of Ashworth classification were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,70.00% in the operation control group and 73.33% in the electroacupuncture control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P < 0.05).The Ashworth grading results showed that there was significant difference in the total effective rate before and after treatment in the treatment group (P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion Cephalo-spinal electroacupuncture combined with occupational therapy can significantly reduce the muscle tension of the upper limbs,and its walking efficiency is significantly better than that of the electroacupuncture control group and the occupational control group.
