摘要
目的:评价电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,为临床实践提供循证医学依据。方法:通过计算机检索2008~2018年中国知网、维普、万方数据库中关于电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的文献,经分析筛选出17篇文献纳入研究,采用Cochrane协作网提供的Review manager5.3软件进行数据处理。结果:异质性检验P=1.00,I^2=0%,表明各研究之间具有同质性,采用固定效应模型。结果显示:两组差异有统计学意义OR=3.04,95%Cl[2.07,4.46],Z=5.70,P<0.00001,提示电针夹脊穴组优于对照组。结论:电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于对照组,但鉴于纳入研究的高质量文献偏少,样本量有限,需要更多的高质量文献验证电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture Jiaji points in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and to provide evidence-based medical basis for clinical practice. Methods:Through the computer retrieval 2008-2018 Chinese knowledge net,Whipple,Wanfang data base on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by electroacupuncture Jiaji points,17 articles were screened and included in the study,and data were processed using the review manager 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration Network. Results:The heterogeneity test showed the homogeneity of P =1.00,I^2=0% and fixed effect model.The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups,suggesting that the OR =3.04,95% Cl[2.07,4.46],Z=5.70,P<0.00001 was better than the control group. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture Jiaji point on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is better than that of control group,but in view of the low quality literature included in the study and limited sample size,more high-quality literature is needed to verify the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture Jiaji points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
