摘要
目的观察护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月-2017年8月收治的呼吸科危重症患者70例作为研究对象,按随机排列表法分成常规组和干预组,各35例,常规组采用常规的护理管理模式,干预组在常规组基础上采用护理风险管理模式,对比两组护理质量和护理风险事件发生率。结果管理后干预组各项护理质量评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对呼吸科危重症患者的护理过程中,实施护理风险管理,可以提高科室整体护理质量,并降低护理风险事件发生率。
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing of critically ill patients in respiratory department. Methods A total of 70 critically ill patients with respiratory diseases admitted from August 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into routine group and intervention group according to the randomized list method, 35 cases in each group. The routine group used routine nursing management mode. The intervention group adopted a nursing risk management model based on the regular group to compare the two groups of nursing quality and the incidence of nursing risk events. Results The quality of nursing quality of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of critically ill patients with respiratory diseases, the implementation of nursing risk management can improve the overall quality of care in the department and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events.
