摘要
当前全球化发展进程处于关键的历史档口,以往的全球化进程都是由西方资本主义国家主导,而目前的全球化新进程主要是由包括中国在内的多个国家共同推动,由此改变了以往全球化的性质和发展趋势。而习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的全球化意涵,正是针对目前全球化新进程的理论思维。从其形成的国际环境来看,经济全球化是不可逆转的发展趋势、时代潮流助推全球化不断发展、人类面临的全球性问题需要全球性应对等因素构成习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的全球化背景。从其全球化意涵来看,主要包含"全面开放"、"合作共赢"和"休戚与共"的具体内涵。同时,这也是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的全球化特色的具体体现。从其全球化贡献来看,主要表现为:推动全球化的历史进程,推进全球化性质的进步,实现全球化理论的突破,体现全球化的实践功效。
At present,the process of globalization is at a critical historical juncture.The previous process of globalization was dominated by western capitalist countries,while the current new process of globalization is mainly promoted by many countries including China,thus changing the nature and development trend of the previous globalization.The globalization implication of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era is exactly the theoretical thinking on the new process of globalization.From the perspective of the international environment it has formed,economic globalization is an irreversible development trend,the trend of The Times has boosted the continuous development of globalization,and the global issues facing mankind need global response.These factors constitute the globalization background of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.From the perspective of its globalization implication,it mainly contains the concrete connotation of"comprehensive opening","win-win cooperation"and"sharing weal and woe".At the same time,it is also a concrete manifestation of the globalization features of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.From the perspective of its contribution to globalization,it is mainly manifested as:promoting the historical process of globalization,promoting the progress of the nature of globalization,achieving the breakthrough of globalization theory,and reflecting the practical effect of globalization.
