摘要
目的探讨跟骨粉碎性骨折采用改良跗骨窦切口与常规手术入路治疗的疗效。方法收集我院2017年10月-2018年7月收治的跟骨粉碎性骨折患者60例的临床资料,按治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规入路手术,观察组采用改良跗骨窦切口手术,比较2组围术期指标、治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、手术切口长度、住院时间低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组手术优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于常规入路手术,跟骨粉碎性骨折采用改良跗骨窦切口手术治疗效果确切,且对机体创伤性小,利于患者术后快速康复。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of improved sinus tarsi surgery and conventional approach surgery in treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture in the hospital from October 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively collected. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Control group took conventional approach surgery,while observation group was given improved sinus tarsi surgery.The perioperative indexes and curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume,length of incision and hospital stays in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the excellent rate of surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Improved sinus tarsi surgery in treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture is more effective than conventional approach surgery,it has small trauma and promote postoperative recovery.
