摘要
目的探讨高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期的治疗体会。方法便利选取2017年4月-2018年4月在该院进行相关治疗的100例患者,按照计算机随机的方法将100例患者分为对照组及研究组,每组50例。对照组接受常规意义上的治疗,研究组则采取股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,将两组患者的相关数据进行对比。结果针对研究组与对照组的术后相关并发症发生情况、手术相关数据及髋关节功能恢复情况进行对比,研究组患者中存在1例(2.0%)患者出现感染症状,同时还有1例(2.0%)患者出现髋内翻情况。相关并发症发生率为4.0%;而对照组有3例(6.0%)患者感染,2例(4.0%)患者髋内翻,此外还分别有1例(2.0%)患者出现内固定松动和深静脉血栓形成的相关情况,相关并发症发生率为14.0%。髋关节功能恢复情况研究组的总优良率为92.0%,而对照组的总优良率为78.0%。根据这些数据对比,发现研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗能够显著地提高治疗有效率,值得在后续的临床上进行推广应用。
Objective To investigate the perioperative treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods According to the computer randomized method, one hundred patients who underwent relevant treatment in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were convenient divided into the control group and the study group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group received proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nails treatment. The data of the two groups was compared. Results The postoperative complications, surgical data and hip function recovery were compared between the study group and the control group. In the study group, one patient(2.0%) had symptoms of infection and one patient(2.0%) had hip varus. The incidence of related complications was4.0%. In the control group, 3 patients(6.0%) were infected, 2 patients(4.0%) had hip varus, and 1 patient(2.0%) had internal fixation loosening and deep vein thrombosis. The incidence of related complications was 14.0%. The total excellent rate of the hip joint function recovery was 92.0% in the study group, while it was 78.0% in the control group. Based on these data comparisons, the study group was found to be superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur, the treatment of proximal femoral anti-rotation nail can significantly improve the efficiency. And it is worthy of promotion and application in subsequent clinical practice.
