摘要
目的探讨人性化护理干预对股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期的影响。方法 72例股骨粗隆间骨折患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组,每组36例,对照组实施随机对症护理,干预组于术前、术中及术后实施围术期人性化护理干预,比较两组患者术后优良率、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果干预组术后优良率83.3%(30/36),显著高于对照组69.4%(25/36)(P<0.05)。干预组患者骨折愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,干预组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人性化护理干预应用于股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期,可以提高手术疗效,减少并发症的发生率,从而尽快促进骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursingintervention on perioperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Seventy-two cases of intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into inter- ventiongroup and control group, 36 cases in each group, The control group were symptomatic care, the intervention group took preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative peri interventionimplementation of humanized nursing opera- tive, the excellent rate, fracture healing time, hospitalization time, complications were compared. Results The excellent of the intervention group was 83.3% （30/36）, the control group was 69.4%（25/36）, the intervention group was sig- nificantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.0J）.Intervention group patients with fracture healing time, hospitaliza- tiontime was shorter than the control group, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The humanized nursing intervention should beused for perioperative patients with femoral in- tertrochanteric fracture,can improve the effect of operation, reduce the incidence of complications, as soon as possible in order to promote fracture healing in patients.
