摘要
黑龙江省因地理纬度高的原因,具备富足的冰雪资源,因此也为其发展冰雪体育产业链铸就了得天独厚的优势。冰雪产业链包含冰雪旅游、冰雪体育产品、冰雪文化传媒等多个组成部分,可以说冰雪体育产业链的打造是一项系统的工程。运用文献法和数据统计法,对黑龙江省冰雪体育产业链条的现状予以论述及探讨,总结出加强规范和引导冰雪产业链、重视冰雪产业创新研发、重视冰雪产业人才培养和吸纳等发展对策,以期为黑龙江省冰雪经济发展起到建言献策的作用。
Due to its high geogiaphical latitude, Heilongjiang Province has abundant ice and snow resources, so it also develops its ice and snow sports industry chainan and have a unique advantage. The ice and snow industry chain includes ice and snow tourism ,ice and snow sports products,ice and snow culture media and many other components. It can be said that the construction of lhe ice and snow sports indusli-y chain is a systematic project. Using lhe literalure method and lhe statistical method of data, the paper discusses the current situation of the ice and snow sports industiy chain in Heilongjiang Province, and summarizes the developinent countermeasures such as strengthening the regulation and guiding the ice and snow industry chain, attaching importance to lhe innovation and research and development of lhe ice and snow industry, and attaching importance to the cultivation and absorption of talents in the ice and snow industry. It has played a role in advocating and contributing to the economic development of ice and snow in Heilongjiang Province.
