摘要
当前国内各主要城市正在推进BIM技术研究与应用,尤其是在建筑行业领域,已经收到很好的效果。随着我国轨道交通的大规模建设,大力促进和带动了周边地下空间的开发与利用,一些城市在其建设过程中,也开始推广使用BIM技术。市政管线作为地下空间的重要组成部分,在规划、设计、施工与管理阶段,都需要首先摸清和掌握其现状详细情况。传统的二维数据表达不直观,且难以表现其复杂的空间拓扑关系和满足BIM技术应用等要求。基于此,利用BIM技术,研究实现了市政管线信息模型自动化构建的关键技术,为市政工程项目推广使用BIM技术提供了技术支撑。
At present, the major domestic cities are promoting the research and application of BIM technology, especially in the field of construction industry, which has received very good results. With the large-scale construction of rail transit in China, the development and utilization of surrounding underground space have been greatly promoted. Some cities have promoted the use of BIM technology in the process of construction. As an important part of underground space, the present detail situations of the municipal pipelines need to be grasped in planning, design, construction and management stages. The traditional twodimensional data expression is not intuitive, and difficult to show its complex spatial topology and meet the requirements of the BIM technology application. Based on BIM technology, we studied and realized the key technology of municipal pipeline information model automatic construction in this paper. This study can provide a technical support for popularizing BIM technology in municipal engineering project.
