摘要
目的探讨马斯洛需要层次理论指导下的护理干预在前列腺癌手术患者中的应用价值。方法将94例前列腺癌患者按随机数表法分为马斯洛组与常规组,各47例。马斯洛组住院期间给予马斯洛需要层次理论指导下的护理干预,常规组采取常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组各项生活质量评分、心理状态评分均降低,且马斯洛组显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论马斯洛需要层次理论指导下的护理干预可满足患者心理需求,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory in patients with prostate cancer surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients with prostate cancer were divided into Maslow group and routine group according to random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The Maslow group was given nursing intervention under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory during hospitalization, the routine group received routine nursing during hospitalization. The nursing effects in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of quality of life and psychological status of the two groups decrased,and those in the Maslow group were significantly lower than the routine group(P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory in patients with prostate cancer surgery can meet the psychological needs of patients and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
