摘要 用顶空-固相微萃取-气质联用法初步分析了2头雄性林麝(3岁和6岁各1头)在泌香初期和末期尿液中的挥发性有机成分。泌香初期的尿液中共有58种成分,包括酮17种、酚11种、醇10种、酯7种、杂环4种、醛3种、芳香烃2种、胺2种、烷烃1种和砜1种,相对含量较高的成分是4-甲基苯酚、4-乙基苯酚、苯甲酸甲酯、2-戊酮、苯酚、反式-3-戊烯-2-酮,2-甲氧基苯酚、4-丙基苯酚。泌香末期的尿液中共有85种成分,包括酮34种、酚13种、杂环11种、醇8种、酯6种、烯烃4种、烷烃3种、醛3种、羧酸1种、醚1种和萘1种,相对含量较高的成分是4-甲基苯酚、4-乙基苯酚、3-甲基环十五烷酮(麝香酮)、苯酚、5,6-二氢-2,4-二甲基-2H-吡喃、4-甲基-3-戊烯-2-酮、4-丙基苯酚、环己酮。根据分析结果,讨论了泌香末期尿液中存在麝香酮、环十五内酯等大环化合物的来源和雄性林麝尿源性化学信息素的作用机制与行为生态学意义。 Urine during the early and later period of musk secretion from 2 male forest musk deer(Moschus berezovskii),which were 3 and 6 years of age,respectively,was preliminarily analysed by using HS-SPME-GC-MS for volatile organic compounds(VOCs).During the early period of musk secretion,58 VOCs were putatively identified from the urine,including 17 ketones,11 phenols,10 alcohols,7 esters,4 heterocyclics,3 aldehydes,2 aromatic hydrocarbons,2 amines,1 alkanes and 1 sulfone.VOCs with higher relative contents were 4-methylphenol,4-ethylphenol,methylbenzoate,2-pentanone,phenol,(E)-3-penten-2-one,2-methoxyphenol and 4-propylphenol.During the later period of musk secretion,85 VOCs were putatively identified from the urine,including 34 ketones,13 phenols,11 heterocyclics,8 alcohols,6 esters,4 alkenes,3 alkanes,3 aldehydes,1 carboxylic acid,1 ether and 1 naphthalene.VOCs with higher relative contents were 4-methylPhenol,4-ethylphenol,3-methylcyclopentadecanone(muscone),phenol,5,6-dihydro-2,4-dimethyl-2H-pyran,4-methyl-3-penten-2-one,4-propylphenol and cyclohexanone.Based on the results and references,the origins of macrocyclic compounds(such as muscone and exaltolide)in the urine during the later period of musk secretion,the functional mechanisms of urinary semiochemical from male forest musk deer and its significance on behavioral ecology were discussed.
