摘要
目的:设计医院船人员定位及体征监测辅助系统,实现医院船医护与伤病员人员定位及呼叫功能,实时监测基本体征,提高海上伤病员救治的总体效能。方法:该系统采用分布式终端-集中数据管理的构架设计,由一个服务器机柜、一台管理计算机、多个现场交换机、若干无线AP以及若干便携式终端组成。运用Wi-Fi无线定位技术实现人员定位,利用穿戴设备及多传感器监测人员体征,利用预留接口实现与医院船和外部医疗信息系统的信息交互。结果:该系统性能稳定,且环境适应性较好,采集端可以在30s内快速采集和发送数据。人员定位信息较为准确,越界、过劳等行为可及时反馈给指挥人员提供决策参考。结论:该系统可实现人员定位、体征监测、消息推送、定时提醒、人员调配、报警等功能,为海上医疗救护及组织指挥人员提供科学的参考意见,有效提高舰船卫勤保障能力。
Objective To develop an assist system to call and position the medical staffs and casualties on the hospital ship and to realized vital signs monitoring. Methods The system had a framework with distributed terminals and centralized data management, which consisted of a server cabinet, a management computer, multi field exchanges, several wireless APs and portable terminals. Wi-Fi wireless positioning technology was used for personnel positioning, wearable devices and sensors were applied to vital signs monitoring, and some interfaces were reserved for information exchange between hospital ship and external medical information system. Results The system gained advantages in stability and environment adaptability. Data acquisition terminals completed data acquisition and transmission in 30 s, and aided decision making was executed based on the information on personnel positioning, boundary violation and fatigue. Conclusion The system behaves well in personnel positioning, vital signs monitoring, information notification, timed reminding, personnel allocation and etc, and thus facilitates medical service support on the hospital ship.
