摘要
目的:探讨国内海上医疗救护与后送装备的综合保障能力。方法:从装备体系、卫勤保障能力、用管维修机制、信息化水平4个方面系统地介绍国内海上医疗救护与后送装备建设的现状,分析当前国内海上医疗救护与后送装备建设中所存在的装备体系仍不完善、保障功能尚需拓展、装备集成配套更新不尽合理、部分装备性能不够理想等突出问题。结果:针对存在的问题,提出了统筹规划装备体系、加速推进装备优化整合、规范装备集成配套更新机制、提高装备性能质量的对策措施。结论:要以海上卫勤保障需求为牵引,平战结合、以人为本、创新驱动、协调发展,才能适应并应对多种安全威胁,完成多样化军事任务的能力需要。
Objective To explore the medical care and evacuation equipment at sea in China. Methods The present situation of the medical care and evacuation equipment at sea in China was discussed from the aspects of equipment system, medical service support, mechanism for utilization, management and maintenance as well as informatization. The problems were analyzed in equipment system, support ability, equipment integration and update as well as equipment performances. Results Some measures were put forward from the aspects of equipment system, support ability, equipment integration and update as well as equipment performances. ConclusionThe development of medical care and evacuation equipment at sea has to take considerations on medical service requirements at sea, integrated civilian and military uses, personnel, innovation and etc. [Chinese Medical Equipment Jou mat, 2017,38 （5） ： 129-131 ]
