浅析制酸装置净化稀酸管道结晶原因 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了硫精砂制酸装置净化工序稀酸输送管道结垢堵塞的原因及处理办法。技术人员从原材料、辅料、进入系统的补充水等方面进行了试验分析,最终确定结垢物为硫酸钙,钙元素由加入填料塔的循环水带入。技术人员将填料塔的补充水由循环水改为自来水后,稀酸管道未出现明显结垢,净化稀酸输送畅通。 Cause and solution of scale blockage in dilute acid pipeline of cleaning section in sulphur fine sand-based sulphuric acid plant are introduced. Technical staffs implemented test analysis with respects to raw materials, subsidiary materials and supplemental water entering system, finally determined scale were calcium sulfate, and calcium was brought in by recycled water in packed tower. Technical staffs changed supplemental water in packed tower into tap water, no scale appeared in dilute acid pipeline and purified dilute acid was delivered smoothly.
