摘要
尿素热解制氨脱硝的方法由于其原料的安全性和技术的日渐成熟,在火电厂脱硝技术中得到了广泛应用。但热解炉结晶的问题频繁发生,为了避免结晶和环保指标超标,结合运行中积累的经验介绍了热解炉结晶的判断依据和处理方法,从系统设计和运行调整的角度阐明了产生结晶的原因,给出了热解炉系统设计的优化方案和运行调整方法。工程实践表明及时准确的结晶判断,有效的运行调整方法和优化后的热解脱硝系统能够有效防止热解炉结晶,杜绝环保事件的发生。
The method of urea pyrolysis for ammonia denitrification has been widely used in the denitrification technology of thermal power plants due to the safety of raw materials and the maturing technology. However, crystallization of the pyrolysis furnace occurs frequently. In order to avoid crystallization and environmental events, based on the experience of operation, the judging basis and treatment method of the crystallization of the pyrolysis furnace were introduced. The causes of the crystallization from the point of view of system design and operation adjustment was expounded. The optimization scheme of the system design for the pyrolysis furnace and operation adjustment methods was given. The engineering practice shows that timely and accurate crystallization judgement, effective operation adjustment method and optimized heat release nitrate system can effectively prevent the crystallization of the pyrolysis furnace and eliminate the occurrence of environmental protection events.
