摘要
开展中高职人才培养一体化改革试点是一项探索性工作。按照企业岗位目标和职业能力要求,以统筹培养为主线,建立中高职教育衔接的培养目标、课程体系、课程标准和教学内容,确定科学合理的教学实施路径,着力提高人才培养质量,以期为促进中等和高等职业教育协调发展、加快建设现代职业教育体系提供参考。
It is an exploratory work to carry out pilot reform of integrated talent training in middle and higher vocational colleges. On accordance with the enterprise's job objectives and vocational ability requirements, with overall training as the main line, the training objectives, curriculum system, curriculum standards and teaching content of higher vocational education should be established to link up, and the scientific and reasonable teaching implementation path should be determined to improve the quality of talent training, in order to provide reference for promoting the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education and accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system.
