摘要
近年来,我国胶黏剂行业随着社会经济的发展呈现快速、稳定态势,胶黏剂的产量持续增长,广泛地应用到软包装、印刷、人造板、微装配、装饰等领域。胶黏剂调制仅靠人工作业效率低,使用机器则可以提高工作效率。目前我国主要使用“胶水静态混合器”“混胶机”等来混胶,由于生产运输问题,混胶管内部螺旋搅拌棒会出现缺失、损坏等现象。生产过程中涂胶口堵塞需更换混胶管,人为快速更换易发生误换或混胶管不合格现象。针对该问题,基于AT89C52单片机、接触开关、蜂鸣器、复位开关,设计了一种混胶管螺旋搅拌棒检测装置,通过对混胶管内螺旋搅拌棒有无的检测来判断混胶管是否合格,解决了人为更换混胶管误换的问题。
In recent years,with the social economy s development,China s adhesive industry presents a rapid and stable situation,adhesive production has been on the increase and adhesive has been widely used in flexible packaging,printing,wood-based board,micro assembly and decoration areas.Artificial adhesive modulation involves inefficiency,the use of machines for that purpose can improve work efficiency.Currently,static adhesive mixers and adhesive mixing equipment are mainly used for adhesive mixing in China,but due to the production and transport-related problems,the spiral stirring rod inside the mixing tube is gone or damaged from time to time.In the production process,the mixing tube needs to be changed when the adhesive application opening is blocked,and manual rapid change may result in wrong replacement or unqualified mixing tube.In view of this problems,based on AT89C52 SCM,proximity switch,buzzer,reset switch,a mixing tube spiral stirring rod detection device has been designed and used in detecting spiral stirring rod.Whether the spiral stirring rod exist or not is used to judge whether the adhesive mixing tube is qualified,solving the problems involved in manual mixing tube replacement.
