摘要
汽车轮毂作为车辆与地面接触的硬部件,其加工质量对汽车安全有着至关重要的作用。为进一步提高轮毂检测精度,设计了一种基于PLC的轮毂接触式固定装置控制系统,对轮毂的组件进行一系列的检测,提高了轮毂固定和组件检测的效率,降低了劳动强度,有较为广阔的应用前景。
As a hard part involved in the contact between the vehicle and the ground,the working quality of the wheel hub plays an important role in automobile safety.In order to improve the hub detection accuracy,a PLC-based wheel hub contact-type fixing device control system was designed to conduct a series of testing,improving wheel hub fixing and component testing efficiency and reducing labor intensity,with broad application prospects.
