味精中氯和硫酸根的离子色谱检测方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 文章介绍了味精中氯和硫酸根的离子色谱法同时检测方法。味精样品经水溶解后可直接进样检测,氯离子和硫酸根在阴离子交换机理为主的分析柱IonPac AS22上分离,再经抑制型电导检测器检测,高含量的谷氨酸钠对测定没有干扰。氯和硫酸根分别在0.04~20mg/L和0.02~10mg/L范围内具有良好的线性,方法检出限分别为0.002mg/L和0.004mg/L,同时具有良好的回收率94.1%~102.3%。同时测定味精中氯和硫酸根的离子色谱法,具有简便快捷、特异性强、灵敏度高等优点。 The simultaneous determination of chlorine and sulfate in monosodium glutamate by ion chromatography is introduced. Monosodium glutamate samples can be directly injected and detected after water dissolution. Chloride ions and sulfate ions are separated on IonPac AS22 column with anion exchange mechanism as the main analytical column, and then detected by inhibitory conductivity detector. High content of sodium glutamate has no interference to the determination. Chlorine and sulfate have good linearity in the range of 0.04~20 mg/L and 0.02~10 mg/L respectively. The detection limits are 0.002 mg/L and 0.004 mg/L, and the recovery is 94.1%~102.3%. Simultaneous determination of chlorine and sulfate in monosodium glutamate by ion chromatography has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, specificity and high sensitivity.
