摘要
介绍了大众冰雪运动发展存在的障碍性因素,如受自然地理气候条件影响,导致我国黄河以南冰雪运动的发展受到了很大限制;资金投入不足,即使能够勉强建立冰雪运动场馆,也没有充足的资金来对冰雪运动场地进行科学维护;人才培养机制滞后,我国专业的冰雪运动从业人员数量偏少且文化程度偏低;安全救护意识薄弱,发生意外事故时得不到科学的救治;缺少冰雪运动品牌和特色冰雪产业,冰雪产业发展形式单一。提出了促进大众冰雪运动发展的有效措施,如加强冰雪运动设施建设,成立冰雪运动组织,明确冰雪运动发展目标,以促进大众冰雪运动在全国范围内的深入开展。
This paper introduces the obstacles to the development of mass ice and snow sports,such as the restriction of the development of ice and snow sports in the south of the Yellow River due to the influence of natural geographical and climatic conditions;insufficient investment,even if the ice and snow sports venues can be built reluctantly,there is insufficient funds for the development of ice and snow sports venues;lagging personnel training mechanism,the number of professional ice and snow sports practitioners in China is relatively small and low education level;weak awareness of safety rescue,accident can not be scientifically treated;lack of ice and snow sports brand and characteristic ice and snow industry,ice and snow industry development form is single.The effective measures to promote the development of mass ice and snow sports are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of ice and snow sports facilities,establishing ice and snow sports organizations,and defining the development goals of ice and snow sports,so as to promote the in-depth development of mass ice and snow sports throughout the country.
