摘要
哈尔滨成功地举办第24届世界大学生冬季运动会,是高校体育更好与冰雪体育融合,促进经济发展的典范。认为体育观念的转变,全民健身活动的兴起,龙江体育向大省体育、强省体育的迈进,为黑龙江高校体育、高校体育场馆迎来了较佳的历史性发展机遇;高校体育场馆多、人才资源丰富和优化的管理体系是其优势。提出转变管理理念、建立绩效评价与激励机制、建立与地方冰雪企业互补与合作关系与管理体制等措施加强高校体育场馆冬季管理,促进龙江冰雪体育与经济发展。
The successful holding the 24th winter universiade in Harbin shows that the university sports can advance the winter sports and economic development.The article thinks that the change of sports idea,the rise of civil physical exercise,the progress of Heilongjiang sports into sports power make a well historic opportunity for developing the university sports stadium and gymnasium.The university sports advantage rests with the multitudinous gyms,the plentiful human resources and the optimal management system.It suggests changing the management idea,establishing the performance appraisal and excitation mechanism,developing the partnership of local ice-snow sports industries.The above-mentioned countermeasures may be used to improve the winter-days management of university sports stadium and gymnasium for advancing the development of Heilongjiang winter sports and economy.
