摘要 区块链由于具有不可篡改、数据可追溯的性质,已应用于金融、版权、数据交易等多个领域。在公交车司机行为画像基础上,设计一种基于用户画像的区块链激励设计方案。首先定义司机画像评分方式,将评分作为区块链产生的依据,然后根据司机画像设计智能合约机制,最后提出区块链激励构架与功能组件。该方法有利于解决考核过程中的去中心化问题,为公司提供一种新的激励制度设计思路。 Due to its non-tamperable and data traceable nature,blockchain has been used in many fields such as finance,copyright, and data trading. Based on the behavioral portraits of bus drivers,a blockchain incentive design scheme based on user portraits is de-signed. Firstly,the scoring method of the drivers' portraits is defined. The scoring is used as the basis of the blockchain. Then the intel-ligent contract mechanism is designed according to the drivers' portraits. Finally,the blockchain incentive framework and functional components are proposed. This method is conducive to solving the problem of decentralization in the assessment process,and provides a new way of incentive system design for companies.
