摘要
构建教育精准扶贫区块链模型,旨在澄清教育扶贫实践中存在的贫困对象识别不清、扶贫项目(资金)指向不明的问题,为巩固与拓展脱贫攻坚成果提供借鉴。为此,在研究区块链技术核心机制及特征的基础上,结合当前教育扶贫实践中存在的“精准偏离”问题,构建基于MC+nSC架构的教育精准扶贫区块链模型,重点研究区块链上节点数据共识算法,以及扶贫对象精准识别、扶贫项目(资金)与扶贫对象精准匹配、安全与隐私保护等功能实现的机理。研究发现,区块链技术具有去中心性、开放透明、支持智能合约、数据不可篡改且可追溯等机制和特征,能够为解决教育扶贫实践中的“脱靶”“失焦”问题提供新思路与技术支持。
By constructing a block chain model of educational precision poverty alleviation,and aiming at the problems of inaccurate identification of poverty alleviation objects and poverty alleviation projects(funds),expected to shed lights on consolidating poverty al⁃leviation.Therefore,on the basis of studying the core mechanism and characteristics of block chain technology,combining with the problem of“precision deviation”existing in educational poverty alleviation,constructs a block chain model of educational precision poverty alleviation based on MC+nSC framework.Emphasis is placed on the realization mechanism of consensus algorithm,accurate identification of poverty alleviation objects,intelligent matching of poverty alleviation projects(funds)and poverty alleviation objects,security and privacy protection.According to the research findings,block chain technology is characterized by decentralization,open⁃ness and transparency,support for intelligent contracts,non-tampering and traceability of data,which can provide new ideas and tech⁃nical support for solving the problem of“missing target”and“defocusing”in the practice of educational poverty alleviation.
