摘要
台湾科技型大学经过多年的探索实践,形成了自身独特的办学经验与特色。具体表现为:在培养目标上,实务致用与博雅通识并重;在专业设置上,规范严谨与灵活适应并重;在课程开发上,社会需求与学生需求并重;在师资队伍上,理论素养与实操能力并重;在科学研究上,应用导向与贴近地方并重;在评鉴体系上,技职特色与办学个性并重。基于台湾科技型大学办学经验的启示,促进大陆应用技术型高校发展应通过构建高等教育分类管理体系、紧密对接区域产业发展需求、重构课程教学体系开发逻辑、加强双师结构师资队伍建设来达成。
After years of exploration and practice, Taiwan University of Science and Technology has formed its own unique school-running experience and characteristics, which are manifested in the following aspects: laying equal stress on practical application and liberal and general knowledge in training objectives;laying equal stress on standardization, rigor and flexible adaptation in specialty setting;laying equal stress on social needs and students’ needs in curriculum development;laying equal stress on theoretical literacy and practical ability in teaching staff;In scientific research, both application orientation and proximity should be emphasized;in the evaluation system, both technical and vocational characteristics and school-running personality should be emphasized.Based on the Enlightenment from the experience of Taiwan University of Science and Technology, promoting the development of applied technology-oriented universities in Mainland should be achieved by constructing a classification management system of higher education, closely docking the needs of regional industrial development, reconstructing the development logic of curriculum teaching system, and strengthening the construction of teachers with Double-teacher structure.
