摘要
复合磺酸钙润滑脂被称为新一代高效润滑脂,是将牛顿体磺酸钙转变为具有触变性的非牛顿体磺酸钙制备的。在这个过程中,碳酸钙晶型的变化是获得高性能磺酸钙基润滑脂的关键。直接采用润滑油中使用的高碱值磺酸钙制备的磺酸钙润滑脂的抗水性和安定性较差,需要开发专用的磺酸钙以满足高质量润滑脂的需求。目前国内高碱性复合磺酸钙基润滑脂还缺乏统一的产品标准,质量和产量有待提升。综述了国内磺酸钙及磺酸钙润滑脂的现状。(图0表3参考文献10)
Calcium sulfonate complex grease was called a new generation of high efficiency grease. It was prepared by converting Newtonian calcium sulfonate into thixotropic non-Newtonian calcium sulfonate. In this process,the change of crystal form of calcium carbonate was the key to obtain high performance calcium sulfonate grease. Calcium sulfonate grease that prepared directly from high alkaline calcium sulfonate used in lubes had poor water resistance and stability. It was necessary to develop special calcium sulfonate grease to meet the needs of high quality grease. At present,the domestic high alkaline complex calcium sulfonate grease still lacked a unified product standard,and its quality and output were needed to be improved. The present domestic situation of calcium sulfonate and calcium sulfonate grease was reviewed.(Charts0 Tables3 References10)
