摘要
以矿物油HVI 400为基础油、季铵盐改性膨润土为稠化剂,通过实验制备了一种膨润土润滑脂。考察了助分散剂(丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、碳酸丙烯酯),制备条件(搅拌速度、搅拌时间、研磨次数),添加剂对润滑脂性能的影响。结果表明:甲醇作助分散剂在转速为2 000 r/min搅拌时,润滑脂性能最佳,搅拌时间存在合适的参数;研磨4次后,膨润土润滑脂稠度最大;当添加12%的有机膨润土稠化剂、88%的HVI 400基础油、4%~6%的助分散剂甲醇、0.4%的抗氧剂、0.5%的防锈剂、1%的油性剂和2.5%的极压剂C,2 000 r/min搅拌20~30 min后制备的膨润土润滑脂具有良好有高温性、抗水性、防锈性和极压抗磨性。
A kind of bentonite grease was produced by ammonium-modified bentonite as thickener, HVI 400 as mineral oil. The influence factors of dispersant ( acetone, methanol, ethanol, propene carbonate), additives and preparation conditions ( the properties of benbonite grease were examined. stirring speed, stirring time and grinding time) on The results show that bentonite grease has good properties by using methanol as dispersant with fast stirring speed (2 000 r/min). Stirring time exists appropriate parameters. The maximum consistency of bentonite grease can be produced by 4 grinding times. Bentonite grease possesses good high temperature performance, colloidal stability, anti-rust, water-proof, anti-wear and extreme pressure properties when 12% organic bentonite is used as thickeners, 88% HVI 400 as base oil, mehtanol as a dispersant, and the preparation condition is fast stirring (2 000 r/rain) for 20 -30 minutes.
