摘要
目的 观察全程并发症预防与分次差异性舒适管理在直肠癌合并恶性腹水腹腔热灌注化疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年1月~2018年9月我院接受恒温腹腔热灌注治疗的直肠癌合并恶性腹水患者70例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组接受常规恒温腹腔热灌注化疗护理。试验组接受全程并发症预防与分次差异性舒适管理。对两组干预后各观察指标进行比较。结果 试验组干预后疼痛评分、热灌注并发症发生率显著低于对照组,舒适度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用全程并发症预防与分次差异性舒适管理对直肠癌合并恶性腹水恒温腹腔热灌注化疗患者施加干预,可显著降低患者的热灌注并发症发生率及疼痛感,维持于较高的舒适状态。
Objective To observe the effect of postoperative complications prevention and differential comfort management in patients with rectal cancer complicated with malignant ascites intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy. Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 70 cases of rectal cancer complicated with malignant ascites were treated with isothermal peritoneal hyperthermic perfusion in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=35) and control group (n=35). The patients in the control group received routine isothermal intraperitoneal hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy nursing care while received the whole process of complications prevention and different comfort management intervention in the test group. Compared the observation index after intervention of two groups . Results The pain score and adverse reaction rate of patients by heat perfusion in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the comfort score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of whole course complication prevention and differential comfort management on patients with rectal cancer complicated with malignant ascites isothermic peritoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can significantly reduce the adverse reaction of thermal perfusion and the pain feeling of this kind of patients, also can maintain a high level of comfort.
