摘要 随着移动GIS、3DGIS的飞速发展,移动GIS和3DGIS技术的结合使得在移动端上就可以随时随地查看地下管线三维信息,全面掌握其空间分布。笔者从系统需求分析、系统设计、数据组织和功能实现4个方面进行研究,实现了基于移动GIS的地下管线三维浏览系统。该系统实现了地上建筑和地下管线的同时显示,同时支持多种定位方式,能够查询地下管线的属性信息并进行标注,为移动化管理地下管线信息提供了新思路。 With the rapid development of mobile GIS and 3DGIS, the combination of mobile GIS and 3DGIS makes it possible to view the three-dimensional information of underground pipelines at anytime and anywhere on the mobile end and grasp the distribution of underground pipeline in an all-round way. The four aspects of system such as requirement analysis, system design, data organization and function realization are studied, and then the 3D view system of underground pipeline based on mobile GIS is implemented. The system realizes the display of ground and underground pipeline simultaneously and supports multiple positioning methods. It can query the attribute of the underground pipeline and annotate them. So it provides a new way for mobile management of underground pipeline information.
