The ＂Smart City＂ is inevitable tbr urban development. Network technology has become increasingly well-developed, through the ＂Internet Of Things＂, cloud computing enables ＂Smart City＂ coming soon. Underground pipeline is the ＂lifeline＂ of the city. vital to the development of the city, is an important part of the ＂Smart City＂. Using GIS powerful spatial analysis capability and the ＂lnternet Of Things＂ to achieve intelligent information management of underground pipeline.
