摘要 肠粘膜屏障是正常肠道具有的较为完善的功能隔离带,使机体内环境保持相对稳定,维持机体的正常生命活动.肠缺血再灌注损伤是临床中常见伴随疾病,有较高的发病率和死亡率,在肠道缺血再灌注损伤刺激下肠黏膜细胞的损伤机制还不明确,骨形成蛋白(BMP)信号通过炎症介质、细胞因子的基因转录调控对细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡发挥着重要作用,目前针对在缺血再灌注损伤下各型BMP蛋白所表达的生物学功能研究还不够完善,各型BMP蛋白在缺血再灌注损伤下对肠黏膜屏障功能的影响各不相同.研究BMP对肠黏膜屏障功能的影响将有助于肠缺血再灌注损伤的诊断和治疗.本文对BMP信号通路在肠道缺血再灌注损伤中的作用研究进展做一综述. Intestinal mucosal barrier is a normal intestinal tract with a more complete functional isolation zone, so that the body to maintain a relatively stable environment to maintain the body’s normal life activities intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) injury is a common clinical event. Cute intestinal ischemia is a life-threatening emergency that is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality. However, the exact mechanism that is involved in the pathogenesis of acute intestinal ischemia has not yet been clearly defined. The bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) signaling plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis through the regulation of inflammatory mediators and cytokines. The different biological function of BMP protein expressed in ischemia reperfusion injury is still sketchy. Effects of various BMP proteins on intestinal mucosal barrier function under ischemia-reperfusion injury, and study on the effect of BMP on intestinal mucosal barrier function will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
