摘要
循环水泵是火力发电厂中重要的辅机设备,其安全运行对机组的安全和稳定运行有着重要的意义,因此与之相互联动的出口蝶阀在循环水系统中也非常重要。结合某电厂660MW机组循环水泵出口蝶阀的故障现象,对其故障原因进行了分析,并针对存在的隐患提出了改进措施,可为同类型配置的电厂提供一定的借鉴。
Circulating water pump is an important auxiliary equipment in thermal power plant. Its safe operation is significant to the safety and stability of the unit. Therefore, the linked outlet butterfly valve is also a very important equipment in the circulating water system.Combining with the outlet butterfly valve failure of the 660 MW unit circulating pump in a power plant, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward improvement measures for the hidden trouble.It provides some reference experience for the same type of power plant.
