摘要
在热电厂中,水汽品质是一项重要指标。好的水汽品质可以提高热力设备的性能,延长设备的使用寿命,减少事故发生率。反之水汽品质失调将给电厂的热工设备造成不同程度的损伤,给机组的安全和电厂稳定经济运行带来隐患,化学水加药是电厂的重要环节。因此,针对热电厂水汽采样和化学加药控制系统存在的问题从硬件控制结构和控制算法两方面提出了解决方案。
In the power plant, water vapor quality is an important index. Good water vapor quality can improve the performance of thermal equipment, prolong the service life of equipment, reduce the accident rate. On the contrary, water vapor quality disorder will damage thermal equipment in power plant by different degree, thus bringing hidden troubles to unit safety and economic operation of power plant. Chemical water dosing is an important link of the power plant. Therefore, in view of existing problem in the thermal power plant water vapor sampling and chemical dosing control system proposals are put forward from two aspects of the hardware control structure and control algorithms.
