摘要
智库研究方法是帮助决策者科学决策的重要依据。智库需要在深入实地、综合分析、回顾历史、探索理论的基础上,搞清楚事实,提出解决问题的办法。既要考虑错综复杂的形势和不同利益群体的态度,也要重视大数据研究方法在智库研究中的应用。智库可进行独立的原创性研究和决策咨询研究,也可以参考其他研究机构和各学科不同角度的分析,开展综合研究,在更高、更深、更全面的基础上把握事实真相和客观规律。
Think tank research methods are an important basis for decision makers to make scientific decisions.Think tanks need to clarify the facts and propose solutions to problems on the basis of in-depth field,comprehensive analysis,retrospective history,and exploration of theories.It is necessary to consider the complicated situation and the attitudes of different interest groups,as well as the application of big data research methods in think tank research.The think tank can conduct independent original research and decision-making consultation research.It can also refer to the analysis of other research institutions and different disciplines from different disciplines,carry out comprehensive research,and grasp the facts and objective laws on a higher,deeper and more comprehensive basis.
