摘要
湖南省“两型社会”建设不断推进,两型产品政府采购政策的实施为湖南省两型产业发展带来新的发展机遇。通过研究发现,该政策对促进湖南省绿色节能企业发展、带动产业提质升级、延长产业链、推动区域创新发展具有重要的意义。另外,从政策宣传、政策环境等角度提出了完善两型产品政府采购的对策建议。
Construction of"two-oriented society"in Hunan Province continues to advance,and the implementation of the“Two-oriented Products”government procurement policy has brought new development opportunities for the development of two-oriented industries in Hunan Province.The study found that,the policy was of great significance in the promoting the development of green energy-saving enterprises in Hunan Province,driving the industrial upgrade,extending the industrial chain and promoting regional innovation and development.It also proposed countermeasures to improve the the“Two-oriented Products”government procurement from the perspectives of policy propaganda and policy environment.
