摘要
城市圈越来越成为区域经济发展的主导力量。之前关于城市圈的评价较少关注城市圈之间动态发展状况的趋势比较以及城市群内部均衡性的分析。文章强调城市群动态发展趋势,并首次引入均衡性指标作为城市圈发展状况评价的重要方面,在此基础上建立了城市圈发展状况的评价指标体系。以2001-2011年的时序数据,对15个典型省域城市圈发展状况和发展趋势进行动态比较分析。结果发现,广州城市圈在过去10多年中发展水平和发展速度遥遥领先,长沙城市圈在过去6年中得到了快速的发展,在城市圈发展状况排名中上升幅度很大,武汉城市圈下降幅度比较大。
City circles are becoming the leading power of regional economical development. Most of the previous study on the evaluation of city circles paid less attention to the dynamic development comparison and the balanced development analysis among the provincial city circles in China. This paper puts forward an evaluation system of city circle development with the emphasis on dynamic development trend and the introduction of equilibrium index for the first time. 15 typical provincial city circles are evaluated for their development situation and trends based on time series data of 2001-2011. The result shows that Guangzhou city circle is leading all the others both in developing situation and growth rate over the past 10 years. Changsha city circle has an outstanding performance in the past 6 years and has a rapid rising in the rank. Meanwhile,Wuhan city circle has fallen dramatically.
