习近平总书记在成都市天府新区考察时强调,作为“一带一路”倡议和长江经济带发展重要节点的天府新区,一定要规划好建设好,特别是要突出公园城市特点。水是城市发展的物质资源基础,河流是城市发展的生命线,公园城市建设必须要有美丽河网体系支撑。成都市应紧紧抓住历史机遇,把握独特的河网体系地域优势和悠久灿烂的历史文明,坚持以人民为中心,打造独具文化品质、精神气质和最亲水、最开放、最热情、最有“世界范儿”的公园城市。
