县域高等教育作为服务县域经济社会发展的高等教育实体,对推进乡村振兴战略实施具有得天独厚的地域优势,在人才培养、科技研发和社会服务等方面将发挥重要的助推效能。推动县域高等教育创新发展,可以为乡村振兴培养各类急需的"下得去、用得上、留得住"的应用型专业技术人才,直接为乡村产业发展与生态文明和社会全面建设提供科技服务,并为实现乡风文明提供文化引领。
As a higher education entity serving county economic and social development, county higher education has unique regional advantages in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and will play an important role in personnel training, scientific and technological research and development and social services.
