摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,测定了以环己基苯基甲酮为原料、异丙醇为氢源,经不对称还原合成R-(+)-1-环己基-1-苯基甲醇的反应液中相关组分的含量。色谱条件为:手性毛细管色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物,在此条件下各物质能很好地分离。该方法中,待测物质的检出限为12.0~32.8mg·L-1,相对标准偏差为3.1%~5.2%,加标回收率为95.3%~105%。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of R-(+)-1-cyclohexyl-1-phenyl methanol liquid synthesized from cyclohexylphenyl ketone by asymmetric hydrogenation was described. Chromatographic conditions were: chiral capillary column, FID, diethyl phthalate as internal standard. In which all components could be separated and determined. The detection limit was less than 32.8 mg/L, the RSD was 3.1%~5.2%, the recovery was 95.3%~105%.
