摘要 通过大数据分析某企业队列人群代谢综合征和相关组分疾病患病状况,为确定慢病管理健康核心问题和大数据在慢病管理中应用提供依据。以某队列人群为研究对象,通过面对面访谈获取流行病学调查数据,通过实验室检测获取生理生化指标,以临床明确诊断结果为疾病结局的判断标准,分析人群代谢综合征的患病状况。该队列人群MS患病人数为2932人,患病率为12.99%。男性为17.12%,女性为5.84%。代谢综合征相关组分疾病患病率依次为血脂紊乱36.09%,超重/肥胖28.73%,高血压28.31%,高血糖14.23%。该企业队列人群代谢综合征及相关组分疾病患病率高于国内一般人群,以低年龄组男性人群患病率较高,控制肥胖/超重是控制代谢综合征的关键因素。我国在针对企业这类集中人群的慢病管理中应运用大数据手段,找出核心问题,制定良好的预防干预措施,有效降低慢病的发生。 Based on the dig data,this paper analyses the current status of metabolic syndrome in a corporate cohort,and provides references for determine the core health problems and the application of big data in chronic disease management.Face to face interview was used to obtain epidemic surveying data,the physiological and biochemical indexes were tested by the laboratory tests,and judgment criteria were clinical clarified diagnosis.The number of MS patients in the group was 2932,and the prevalence rate was 12.99%.The male was 17.12%and the female was 5.84%.The incidence of diseases related to metabolic syndrome were dyslipidemia(36.09%),overweight/obesity(28.73%),hypertension(28.31%),and hyperglycemia(14.23%).The prevalence of metabolic syndrome and related components in the corporate cohort was higher than that in general population in China.The prevalence rate of men in the low age group was relatively high.Controlling obesity/overweight is the key factor to control the metabolic syndrome.In view of the chronic disease management of such concentrated employees in enterprises,China should use big data means to find out the core problems and formulate good preventive interventions so as to effectively reduce the incidence of chronic diseases.
