导师制下英语专业学生教育管理模式探究——以湖南农业大学外国语学院为例 被引量:1

A Study on the Educational Management Mode of English Majors under the Undergraduate Tutorial System——Taking College of Foreign Languages of Hunan Agricultural University as an Example

摘要 基于对湖南农业大学外国语学院导师制实行情况的调查,探究高等学校英语专业本科生导师制下教育管理模式。从导师制的内涵、导师制的具体实施、适时反馈、激励制度等方面提出改进的建议。 Based on the investigation of the undergraduate tutorial system in the Foreign Language College of Hunan Agricultural University,this paper analyzes the mode of education management under the tutorial system of undergraduate English Majors in Colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions to improve the education management mode in terms of connotation of the tutorial system,the concrete implementation of the tutorial system,the timely feedback and incentive system.
