摘要
基于三菱品牌的PLC以及伺服驱动器,对交流伺服电机位置控制系统硬件结构及软件进行了优化设计。同时,利用PLC对伺服电机进行位置和速度控制,无需增加定位模块,即可为晶体管型PLC输出高频率脉冲,达到伺服驱动器控制目的。
Based on the Mitsubishi brand PLC and servo drive, the hardware structure and software of the AC servo motor position control system are optimized. At the same time, using the PLC to control the position and speed of the servo motor, the highfrequency pulse can be output for the transistor type PLC without increasing the positioning module, and the servo drive control purpose is achieved.
