摘要
数字化测量既是实现数字化装配的前提,也是实现现代飞机制造全数字量传递的重要保证。以某民机复材机身壁板为对象,研究了其数字化测量方法,通过对装配完成后壁板组件外形及各个结构特征要素进行测量,对产品装配质量进行了量化,对后续提高产品装配质量提供数据基础。
Digital measurement is not only a prerequisite for digital assembly, but also an important guarantee for the full digital transmission of modern aircraft manufacturing. Taking a civil aircraft composite material siding as the object, the digital measurement method was studied. By measuring the shape of the wall panel assembly and the various structural features after assembly, the assembly quality of the product was quantified,and the product assembly was improved. Quality provides a data foundation.
