摘要
本文针对修理用碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料CF3031/LTC80的工艺适用性、固化成型工艺参数、材料力学性能、玻璃化转变温度Tg、纤维体积含量和空隙率等理化性能进行了研究。CF3031/LTC80工艺铺覆性优良,能在温度10℃-35℃,相对湿度10%-95%的环境中铺叠成型。材料固化后,室温干态测试条件下,0°拉伸强度和模量分别为527.87MPa、76.02GPa,面内剪切强度和模量分别为:118.87MPa、6.66GPa,开孔拉伸强度和开孔压缩强度分别为:351.09MPa和302.51MPa,冲击后压缩强度达到200.23MPa。干态玻璃化转变温度为118℃(DMA),纤维体积含量和空隙率分别为56.3%和0.62%。同时采用CF3031/LTC80材料对复合材料试板的分层损伤进行了挖补修理,拉伸性能和压缩性能的修复率分别达到109%和102%。
In this paper,the process applicability,curing parameters,mechanical properties,glass transition temperature Tg,fiber volume content and void ratio of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composite CF3031/LTC80 for repair were studied.The CF3031/LTC80 process has excellent lay up performance,and can lay up and form in the environment of 10℃-35℃and 10%-95%relative humidity.After curing,the tensile strength and modulus at 0°were 527.87 MPa and 76.02 GPa,in-plane shear strength and modulus were 118.87 MPa and 6.66 GPa,respectively,Open-Hole tensile strength and Open-Hole compressive strength were 351.09 MPa and 302.51 MPa,respectively,and the compressive strength after impact reached 200.23 MPa.The dry state glass transition temperature is 118℃(DMA),and the volume content and void ratio of the fiber are 56.3%and 0.62%,respectively.At the same time,CF3031/LTC80 was used to repair the delamination damage of composite plates.The repair rates of tensile and compressive properties were 109%and 102%,respectively.
