摘要
针对铁路营业线施工参与单位多、动态变化大、作业环境差、结合部隐患多的现状,为实现营业线施工作业安全,研判分析施工流程中的安全关键环节,开发了营业线施工作业监控系统,从施工人员资质、作业流程、安全关键环节、问题处置等方面进行重点控制,具有"刷脸"身份识别、管控、监视、整改跟踪、记录、查询、设置等功能,并不断完善优化系统运用功能,细化现场作业项点管理,确保施工安全,在安全生产实践中发挥了重要作用。
Given that the construction of railway lines faces multiple constructors,dynamic changes in status quo,unfavorable working environment and safety concerns caused at the interface of different disciplines,the paper develops the supervisory control system to ensure construction safety and to prioritizes safety-critical links in the construction process.With functions like facial recognition,management and control,monitoring,tracking of corrective measures,recording,inquiries and setting,the system focuses on the credential of construction staff,the construction workflow,safety-critical links,problem solving as well as other key links.The operational function of the system is being constantly optimized and the operation items on site is managed in a more detailed manner to ensure that the system has a key role to play in construction and workplace safety.
