摘要
以烯烃二分公司年产100万吨双烯为依托,采用多变量预测控制技术,实现裂解装置从反应岗到压缩岗到精馏岗的先进控制,提升整个装置运行水平和工艺操作平稳率,从而提高双烯产品收率。
Based on the annual output of 1 million tons of diene in Olefin two branch,the multi-variable predictive control technology is used to realize the advanced control of cracking device from reaction post to compression post to distillation post, and to improve the operation level of the whole device and the smooth rate of process operation,so as to increase the yield of diene products.
