Cracking furnace is a major energy consumer in ethylene plant. Its energy consumption accounts for over 80% of the total energy consumption of the ethylene plant. By optimizing the operation of cracking furnace, improving the cracking yield and prolonging the operating cycle of cracking furnace, the energy consumption of ethylene plant may be significantly reduced.
