摘要
目的 探讨普米克令舒+可必特雾化吸入联合口服中药三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床效果。方法 选择2017年1月—2018年6月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各30例,治疗组为常规疗法+(普米克令舒+可必特)雾化吸入+口服三子养亲汤,对照组为常规疗法。观察两组治疗后临床症状、血气分析(PaO_2、PaCO_2)、肺功能指标FEV1%及炎症指标(CRP、PCT)变化情况。结果 治疗后治疗组临床症状改善率、血气分析(PaO_2、PaCO_2)、FEV1%改善情况明显优于观察组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);炎症指标两组治疗后均有下降,但治疗组下降幅度更明显,两组比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 普米克令舒+可必特雾化吸入联合口服中药三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期效果显著,明显优于常规治疗组。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pulmicort and Combivent atomization inhalation combined with oral Chinese medicine sanzi yangqin decoction in the treatment of acute aggravation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group( n =30) and control group( n = 30). The treatment group was given conventional therapy and( Pulmicort and Combivent) atomization inhalation and sanzi yangqin decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional therapy. The changes of clinical symptoms,blood gas analysis( PaO2,PaCO2),pulmonary function index FEV 1 % and inflammatory index( CRP,PCT) were observed. Results The improvement rate of clinical symptoms,blood gas( PaO2,PaCO2) and FEV 1 % in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Inflammatory indicators decreased after treatment in both groups,but the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups( P< 0.05). Conclusions The effect of Pulmicort and Combivent atomization inhalation combined with oral Chinese medicine sanzi yangqin decoction in the treatment of acute aggravation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant,and it is superior to the conventional treatment group.
