摘要
目的分析医院采用万古霉素类药物的合理用药综合评价体系。方法选择2015年3月-2017年3月医院收治的使用万古霉素的患者132例,建立并应用万古霉素类药物合理用药综合评价体系,对患者的用药情况进行评价,进而了解万古霉素类药物的使用情况。结果在用药剂量方面,患者治疗用药合理率为89.39%(118/132),预防用药合理率为74.24%(98/132)。在用药时间方面,常规临床用药时间为(7.84±2.15)d,手术预防用药时间为(9.12±3.25)d,用药时间合理率为90.91%(120/132)。在用药疗效方面,患者治疗有效率为72.73%(96/132),预防有效率为86.36%(114/132)。在用药安全方面,不良反应发生率为9.09%(12/132)。结论万古霉素类药物的合理用药综合评价体系能对药物使用情况准确评价,辅助合理用药,提高治疗效果。经评价,医院万古霉素类药物使用合理性情况较好,但仍需进一步加强规范。
Objective To analyze the comprehensive evaluation system of rational use of vancomycin in the hospital.Methods 132 patients with vancomycin admitted to the hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected,and a comprehensive evaluation system for the rational use of vancomycin drugs was established and applied to evaluate the drug use of patients,and then understand the use of vancomycin drugs.Results In terms of dosage,the reasonable rate of treatment for patients was 89.39%(118/132),and the reasonable rate of preventive medication was 74.24%(98/132).In terms of medication time,the routine clinical medication time was(7.84±2.15)d,the surgical prophylaxis time was(9.12±3.25)d,and the rational time of medication was 90.91%(120/132).In terms of efficacy,the patient′s effective rate was 72.73%(96/132),and the preventive effective rate was 86.36%(114/132).In terms of medication safety,the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.09%(12/132).Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation system of rational use of vancomycin drugs can accurately evaluate the use of drugs,assist rational use of drugs,and improve the treatment effect.After evaluation,the rationality of vancomycin use in the hospital is relatively good,but it is still necessary to further strengthen the specification.
