摘要
轨地过渡电阻降低是城市轨道交通系统中杂散电流产生的重要原因。建立了钢轨扣件整体仿真模型,分析了扣件组表面电阻的组成及分布,利用Ansoft软件仿真研究了不同污层电导率下的表面电阻值,以及厚度和污秽分布情况对扣件表面电阻的影响。研究成果揭示了轨地绝缘性能下降的主要原因:表面电阻与污层电导率呈线性关系,一般污秽情况下扣件表面电阻远小于体电阻;随着污秽层厚度的增加,表面电阻值呈非线性下降趋势;随着运行年限的增加,污秽进入扣件组器件的夹缝中,表面电阻值会降低。
Track-to-earth resistance reduction is an important factor that causes the stray current in urban rail transit system.To resolve the problem,an integral simulation model of rail fastener is established,which is used to analyze the composi-tion and distribution of fastener surface resistance. Then,the surface resistance under the conductivity of different pollution layers,the influence of thickness and distribution of pollution layers on the surface resistance are studied by using the Ansoft simulation software. The results show that the surface resis-tance reduction is linearly related to the pollution layer con-ductivity. In general, the fastener surface resistance is much smaller than the bulk resistance,but with the increase of thick-ness in the pollution layer,the surface resistance will show a nonlinear downward trend. Following the increase of operation years,the value of surface resistance will decrease because the filth gets into the cracks of fastener group.
