摘要
目的分析后循环缺血性眩晕应用马来酸桂哌齐特联合天麻素注射液治疗的疗效及对TCD、眼震电图的影响。方法选择本院2016年1月至2018年6月诊治的86例后循环缺血性眩晕患者,随机分成研究组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组使用天麻素注射液治疗,研究组接受天麻素注射液联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组耳鸣缓解(4.21±1.02)d、眩晕缓解(5.21±1.38)d、平衡障碍缓解(4.72±1.36)d短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组眼震电图改善率95.35%,高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组RVA(40.47±4.56)cm/s、LVA(40.89±4.76)cm/s、BA(48.04±4.23)cm/s,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特与天麻素注射液联合治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果显著,可明显缓解临床症状,改善眼震电图与TCD。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of cinepazide maleate combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo and its effect on TCD and nystagmus. Methods 86 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into study group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The control group was treated with gastrodin injection. The study group received gastrodin injection combined with cinepazide maleate and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The tinnitus remission (4.21±1.02) d, vertigo relief (5.21±1.38) d, balance disorder remission (4.72±1.36) d was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of nystagmus in the study group was 95.35%, higher than the control group (P<0.05);the study group RVA (40.47±4.56) cm/s, LVA (40.89±4.76) cm/s, BA (48.04±4.23) cm/s, better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combina-tion of cinepazide maleate and gastrodin injection has significant effects on circulatory ischemic vertigo, which can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms and improve nystagmus and TCD.
